Seder in a Box

The Women of Temple Judea are excited to announce Seder in a Box, a new Passover project that ensures the 42 South Dade families serviced by the JCS Kosher Food Bank will have a complete Passover meal this year. Our goal is for our temple community to provide Seder supplies for all 42 families and we need your help to make it happen! 
 
WTJ will be assembling and delivering Seder in a Box packages, which will each contain matzos, soup mix, gefilte fish, horseradish, canned veggies, fresh apples, Passover cake, grape juice, a grocery gift card, as well as handmade items from the preschool and religious school students. The aim of this new initiative is to help our neighbors in need during the Passover holiday. 

Thank you so much to our community for the overwhelming response and generosity to help these families in need by providing a full meal for Passover! If you would still like to participate, you can purchase items from the Target Wish List or bring $10 grocery gift cards to the Purim drive-by event.  Gift cards will be added to the Seder boxes so that families can buy perishable items.  Due to logistical time constraints, we must collect everything by March 1, 2021.
