Our L’CHAIM LEGACY SOCIETY members are a group of dedicated and committed individuals just like you who want to guarantee that Temple Judea continues to provide worship services, programs and community leadership for many years to come. By establishing a legacy through a planned gift, you too can share Temple Judea’s mission with future generations.
Building a bridge to our future through our newly energized L’CHAIM LEGACY SOCIETY is
the highest honor you can bestow upon our future generations. Planned gifts to Temple Judea strengthen our reserves so we may
always protect and provide, in perpetuity, our sacred and holy community. Estate gifts ensure the fundamental sustainability of Temple Judea beyond your lifetime.
The L’CHAIM LEGACY SOCIETY eternally recognizes those who have made estate gifts. Such gifts may be established via a legacy gift to the Rabbinic Endowment, Unrestricted General Endowment, a designated existing Temple Judea Fund, or General Operations. The Advancement Department can work with you to structure your gift to fit the needs of your family and lifestyle while respecting individual desires.
Temple Judea has created a host of opportunities to provide an estate gift. All legacy donors will be recognized alphabetically within the L’CHAIM LEGACY SOCIETY collateral material in an effort to inspire others to also consider this thoughtful option for their estate planning.
As information, Temple Judea accepts the following estate gift vehicles:
- Bequest
- Charitable Gift Annuity
- Charitable Remainder Trust
- Existing Life Insurance Policy (Temple Judea named as beneficiary)
- New Life Insurance Policy (Temple Judea gifted ownership)
- Temple Judea named as beneficiary of Retirement Plan; IRA or 401k
- Pre-Approved Other (Pre-Approved by Endowment Board)
It is paramount that an estate plan be based upon what is comfortable and meaningful to each family. This is the foremost priority to our clergy, lay leadership, and staff as we continually strive to provide donors with positive philanthropic experiences based on appreciation and respect.
