The three primary areas of Jewish living are study, spiritual development, and performing acts of kindness and social responsibility. Our synagogue programs reflect these areas in their focus on studying Torah and other Jewish texts, refining and renewing our worship opportunities, and helping our members become more aware of and more active in social justice concerns.
Mission Statement Temple Judea is a warm and welcoming Reform Jewish Congregation whose focus is life-long study, worship and acts of loving kindness, Torah, Avodah, Gemilut Chasadim. As a temple family we embrace each other’s needs throughout our lives and strive for personal and spiritual growth, and a sense of holiness, Kedushah. We recognize our connection and responsibility to the worldwide Jewish community, Klal Yisrael, and are committed to repairing the world, Tikkun Olam. Together we honor, share and celebrate our rich Jewish heritage from generation to generation, L’Dor V’Dor.
Vision Statement
Temple Judea prides itself in being a congregation where membership is an integral part of our everyday life. We worship together. Study together. Play together. We are young together and we grow old together; and are there for each other through good times and bad times.
